FAQ and deliveries

It is easy to return any item for either an exchange or a refund. Simply post your unwanted item back to us at New Forest Footwear, 16 Collingham Close, Templecombe BA8 0LR.

All items being returned must be in an as received condition with all packaging and tags still attached and within 60 days of purchase.

At New Forest Footwear, our aim is to make the exchange process as easy and simple as possible. All exchanges are sent Post Free to you. Please return all exchanges or refund items to the address below. Please add a note with your name, address and action required, either an exchange to a new size or style or a refund.

As soon as the shoes come back, we will either refund or exchange them. If you require a different size or style, we will refund or invoice any difference in price. We will then return the exchanged item completely free of any additional postage charge.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return to us.

We only offer our easy exchange service for UK postcode areas. Outside this area, the customer is responsible for the postage cost both ways.

PLEASE DO NOT STICK ANY TAPE OR LABELS TO THE ACTUAL SHOE BOX. PLACE THE NOTE INSIDE THE SHOE BOX AND PLACE THE SHOE BOX INSIDE A BAG.

For our customers in the UK, orders are sent either by an expedited 48 hour delivery for just £5.99 or our standard free delivery service which takes 3 – 5 days. We offer the 48 hr delivery service (Monday to Friday) which is fully insured for the amazing price of just £5.99 per order. Both these delivery options are to any address having a UK postcode; however, deliveries outside mainland UK and to the highlands may take an extra day to arrive.

All expedited delivery orders received up to 3.30pm will be dispatched the same day and sent using the Evri 48 hour tracked service.

All customers using both the free delivery and the expedited delivery service are advised by email of the tracking detail for their order and can track its progress through email updates on route.

Remember the 48 hour rate is per order and is the same irrespective of how many items you order. Therefore, if you order two or three items, the postal charge is still only £5.99 for the total order.

We are able to post to the rest of Europe (fully tracked and insured) for just £15.00 per item. For all other countries, orders are delivered at £20.00 per item. Just order as normal and we will invoice you at checkout for the postage amount.

We believe our customers expect their goods to be delivered promptly and like the ability to track their orders online. Customers are advised that the goods have been dispatched and are given full tracking information when opting for the expedited 48 hour delivery service.

Here at New Forest Footwear, we take pride in excellent products and the best possible delivery service to match our great range of footwear.

We dispatch Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) within 24 hours and use Evri fully tracked service ensuring you receive your order as soon as possible. Full tracking is provided. The free delivery service takes 3-5 days for delivery and the expedited service is 48 HR.
