Q: How much are the total postage and packing charges for deliveries within the UK?
A: All orders are sent POST FREE when using our standard delivery service, we also offer a next working day delivery service for just £4.95 per order. Both these delivery options are to any address having a UK post code however deliveries outside the mainland and to the highlands may take an extra day to arrive
All next day delivery orders received up to 2.30pm will be dispatched the same day and sent using the Interlink Express next day tracked service which will ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible (normally the next working day).
All Customers using either our standard FREE delivery service or the next working day delivery service are advised by email of the tracking detail for their order and next day delivery orders are also advised of the expected time of delivery which avoids someone waiting in all day to receive the order.
Remember the next day delivery rate is per order and is the same irrespective of our many items you order. Therefore if you order two or three pairs the postal charge is still only £4.95 for the total order

A: For all other Countries orders are delivered at cost. Please email our customer services for a price. We are able to post to the rest of Europe at extremely low prices
Q: Why do we use the Interlink Express next day delivery service and Hermes 3 to 4 day service?
A: We believe our Customers expect their goods to be delivered promptly and like the ability to track their orders on line. Customers are advised that the goods have been dispatched and through this latest innovation are given an estimated time of delivery together with full tracking information when opting for the next day delivery service. These Deliveries are made by Interlink Express or in some cases where the delivery address is outside the UK mainland by Royal Mail. Customers opting for our standard free delivery service will have their order delivered by Hermes . Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: We dispatch normally Monday to Friday within 24 hours and either using Interlink Express or Hermes ensure you receive your order as soon as is possible. For deliveries to outside mainland UK we use also use the Royal Mail and have obtained very special rates. Just email us and we will surprise you with the low cost for your country
Q: Will I know when my order has been dispatched?
A: Yes we always email our customers telling them that we have dispatched their goods.

A: Yes PayPal processes all our payments and accepts any currency

Q: How do I return the shoes and receive a different size or a refund?
A: We are happy to exchange (All exchanged items are sent POST FREE) or refund any purchase, providing it is returned in as received condition, within 28 days of receipt. It is simple just email our firstname.lastname@example.org in the first instance with details and they will be pleased to assist. (we do not refund the actual postage cost involved in returning unwanted items)
