Hi Ben Just to say that I completed the walk on saturday 3rd July in 15.5 hours starting at 4,30am and finishing at 8.30pm.It was along way but really beautiful, the weather was warm & sunny with slight winds and dry under foot. My feet and hiking boots were great , the Grisport Wolf walking boots saved me turning my ankle more than once as there is quite alot of climbing up and down on uneven ground , i used all the socks and changed them using talc as you advised Just to say thank you for all your advise and help with my boots and maybe one day you will do the walk, it is worth doing!!!!
