Q: How much are the total postage and packing charges for deliveries within the UK?

A: We offer a next day deliver service for just £4.95 per order. These charges relate to any address having a UK post code however deliveries outside the mainland and to the highlands may take an extra day to arrive

Any order received up to 2.30pm will be despatch the same day and sent using the Interlink Express next day track service which will ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

All Customers are advised by email of the tracking detail for their order and the expected time of delivery which avoids someone waiting in all day to receive the order.

Remember this delivery rate is per order and is the same irrespective of our many items you order. Therefore if you order two or three pairs the postal charge is still only £4.95 for the total order

Q: How much is the total postage and packing charges for deliveries to other Countries?

A: For all other Countries orders are delivered at cost. Please email our customer services for a price. We are able to post to the rest of Europe at extremely low prices

Q: Why do use the Interlink Express next day delivery service?

A: We believe our Customers expect their goods to be delivered promptly and like the ability to track their orders on line. Customers are advised that the goods have been dispatched and through this latest innovation are given an estimated time of delivery together with full tracking information. Deliveries are made by Interlink Express or in some cases where the delivery address is outside the UK mainland by Royal Mail. Here at New Forest Footwear we take pride in excellent products and the best possible delivery service to match our great range of footwear

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: We dispatch normally Monday to Friday within 24 hours and by using Interlink Express we ensure you receive your order as soon as is possible. For deliveries to outside mainland UK we use also use the Royal Mail and have obtained very special rates. Just email us and we will surprise you with the low cost for your country

Q: Will I know when my order has been dispatched?

A: Yes we always email our customers telling them that we have dispatched their goods. You can even track your order on line when using both our standard delivery service or primium delivery service. The scheduled day of delivery can be altered as stated above.

Q: Can I pay in my local currency?

A: Yes PayPal processes all our payments and accepts any currency

Q: Do I need an PayPal account to pay?

A: No you can pay with any Credit or Debit card the choice is yours

Q: How do I return the shoes and receive a different size or a refund?

A: We are happy to exchange or refund any purchase, providing it is returned in as received condition, within 28 days of receipt. It is simple just email our customerservices@newforestfootwear.com in the first instance with details and they will be pleased to assist. (we do not refund the actual postage cost involved in returning unwanted items)
